    • Mix Pro MR in shaker cup. (3 scoops or one packet of Pro MR)
    • Instant oatmeal: (yes the little packs!)
    • Pour cooked oatmeal into shaker cup (with screen removed)
    • Put lid on minus screen and drink on the way to work or school or whatever you are in a hurry to get to.
