    • Treat yourself to protein ice cream!
    • Use any Ice Cream/Gelato Machine:
      Add 2 scoops ProPeptide - Vanilla with Lactade/Whole Milk (10 to 12oz)
    • If you do not have a machine, use a blender:
      Add 2 scoops ProPeptide - Vanilla and use less Lactade/Whole Milk (8 to 10oz). Blend until whipped and freeze

    • 1 Packet of ProDessert - Vanilla
    • Add half (1/2) of a Banana
    • Using a blender, first mix 5oz water and banana
    • Then add ProDessert - Vanilla
    • Mix quickly 3-5 seconds and poor quickly into bowl
    • Let sit for 3 to 5 minutes in freezer
    • Protein Pancakes:
    • 2 scoops of ProPeptide - Vanilla
    • Mix with Aunt Jemima Original or Buttermilk pancake mix
    • Just add water
    • Add other fruit or anything else you like

    • Pour cooked oatmeal into shaker cup (with screen removed)
    • Put lid on minus screen and drink on the way to work or school or whatever you are in a hurry to get to.
